For over seven years, I worked as a guide on the Garonne River, developing a deep love for my city—its stories, and the treasures that make it unique. Naturally curious and an epicurean at heart, I’ve always seen gastronomy as a universal language: a way to understand a place, meet its artisans, and create genuine memories. From this conviction, Délicieux! Food Tours was born — a project as human as it is gourmet, designed as a bridge between visitors and the authentic soul of Bordeaux.
