As Front Office Manager, my role is to accompany guests throughout their stay: coordinating the welcome process, supervising the reception team, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, and guaranteeing a service that is both personalized and impeccable. I warmly welcome guests, share authentic local recommendations, and make sure every moment spent with us becomes truly unforgettable.
For me, a successful stay is when a guest leaves with lasting memories… and the desire to return.
