Germain Collection: A Certain Vision of Hospitality
When people ask me what Germain Collection is, I never start by talking about hotels.
I talk about emotions, places with soul, and memories that linger long after the journey ends.
Germain Collection was born from a family story, shaped by women and men who share the same conviction: hospitality is not a profession, it is a constant act of care. Here, it is the details that make all the difference—a particular atmosphere, a meaningful encounter, a special light, or that rare feeling of instantly being exactly where you belong.
Our collection brings together unique properties, each with its own personality, yet all united by the same values: authenticity, sincerity, and respect for the regions that welcome them.
Today, Germain Collection comprises ten hotels across three distinct worlds: the city, the seaside, and nature.
Our City Hotels: In Tune with Local Life
I love cities that have a story to tell.
In Aix-en-Provence, with Hôtel Saint Christophe and Hôtel Le Galice; in Aubagne, with Campanile Prime and Tulip Hotels & Residences; and in Martigues, with Golden Tulip Martigues Provence, our hotels offer far more than a place to stay while exploring a destination.
Each property is deeply rooted in its surroundings, where heritage, local culture, and the Provençal art of living come together. In the morning, guests take a moment to watch the city awaken. Later, they wander through narrow streets, discover bustling markets, hidden gems, or landscapes that only locals truly know.
Our hotels are places to reconnect and recharge—welcoming havens from which to set out and explore the many treasures nearby

Our Seaside Hotels: Where the Horizon Opens the Mind
There is something truly special about waking up facing the sea.
At Hôtel Bleu in Carry-le-Rouet and Hôtel Liautaud Cassis, our hotels look out over the Mediterranean as one watches a performance that never repeats itself. The colours shift with every hour, the wind tells a different story each day, and time seems to slow down naturally.
I love these places where you lose track of time, stroll to the harbour with no particular destination, and linger simply because the moment is beautiful.
Our seaside hotels were born from this desire: to offer a privileged perspective on the Mediterranean and let nature do the rest
Our Nature Retreats: Returning to What Matters Most
Sometimes, the most beautiful journey is simply about slowing down.
Among the lavender fields of Provence, at Villa Castellane and Lou Paradou, or beneath the pine trees of Cap Ferret at Domaine du Ferret, our properties invite guests to rediscover what we too often forget: silence, space, and time.
Here, the day begins gently, following the rhythm of the light. There is time to breathe, to walk, to enjoy a long lunch, or to savour a moment of wellbeing.
What I love most about these destinations is the immediate sense of disconnection—as if everything suddenly becomes simpler. More genuine. More essential.
And perhaps that is the true spirit of Germain Collection: creating places where you feel somewhere else, while feeling perfectly at home
